On Saturday 2nd March 2013, President Goodluck Jonathan hosted Nollywood practitioners at the State House in Marina, Lagos, to celebrate the movie industry at 20.
Celebrities in attendance included Chidi Mokeme, Uche Jombo, Desmond Elliot, Rita Dominic, Osita Iheme, Genevieve Nnaji, Uti Nwachukwu, Uru Eke, Alex Ekubo, Ibinabo Fiberesima, Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva, 2Face Idibia, Timi Dakolo, Oge Okoye and OC Ukeje.
According to media reports, President Goodluck Jonathan declared the creation of N 3 Billion grant to the movie industry.

I love my people. Africans in general. We have beautiful features; seriously. But I am waiting for the time when African women, Nigerian specifically, rock their own/ natural hair. Weave, weave, weave is all I see in this post with the exception of one! Ah ah!!! Seriously, why? I know a lot of people would proclaim that it’s more convenient, but damn! Seriously, I wish my people(African women) would rock their own hair more often.

Dakore beat everyone hands down. Stunning!!! And that is NO nose job…. Its the make up. There’s a whole lot make up does these days. Genevieve gets the 2nd best dress. Beautiful neckpiece.
