2012 Arise Magazine Fashion Week: Gavin Rajah

Published

 on

Words are not enough to describe how much we love this new collection by Gavin Rajah. The South African based label pulled all necessary stops to produce one of its most delicate, chic and sophisticated collection for all women with style. Each piece was beautifully adorned with sequins, gold crystals and that special va-va-voom the label is known for.

Check out the new collection!

very beautiful feminine pieces.. wish i could have them all.. now this is more like it unlike the other two nigerian designers that showed today. They were such a let down ..his collection makes theirs look like amateur work..*sigh..

omg…gavin rajah is the best.he’s probably the reason for this fashion show!his attention to detail cannot be over emphasized and there is dis unintentional africcan flavour and tribal influence in his work!this is uber creative!high fashion extraordinaire!!!!…woah

There’s no questioning his attention to detail. He clearly can design, but his aesthetic isn’t for the average woman. I like the collection, though I won’t wear a lot of them. I can wear pics 5 and 7 (the tunic alone as a dress though.) I loooved the caftan (pic 8 I think,) it was so sexy. And also like the black and gold dress with the plunging neckline in 15. This is my 5th collection and I’m 2-5.

He obviously knows how to desingn n put together a collectn…he also obviously knows hw to put on a show but dt is just it…dnt knw wat all d rave is all abt bt everyone wit their own opinion…nothing new n most of d outfits r probably for eclectic dressers like Anna Della Russo…I think one think dt makes a collection breath-taking is when a large part of the viewers cn conveniently identify wit most of d pieces one way or another…
