“Finura” – The 2012 Capsule Collection Lookbook by Ghanaian Design Label, Mina Evans

After displaying its latest collection Finura – Spanish for “Finesse” – at the just concluded inaugural Glitz Africa Fashion Week 2012, Ghanaian design label, Mina Evans presents the look book for the fab capsule collection.

The collection consists of classic red carpet dresses and versatile separates in statement colours of coral, black, white, grey and navy, accentuated with the label’s signature fringe beading and embellishments in key areas.

Speaking to BN on the collection, the creative director of Mina Evans, Mina Evans-Anfom said “With this capsule collection, the aim was to mature the Mina Evans woman, providing her with versatile pieces for different occasions in her life.”

    the most important thing in these collection are the materials the materials are very very good most of the styles are regulars buh the material made it come out well and the model hmmmm beautiful……

    designs dont have too be soo complicated and thats where she got me on this one!its simple and very sophisticated! finishing and attention to details,well executed! and the twist she gave the lil black dress,brilliant!

    This is simple ,well made and very wearable. Let’s appreciate effort when we see it, regardless of the country where one hails from.
    @praise: While I appreciate the fact that anyone can air their views and people are entitled to have an opinion, I urge you to change yourself!!! Don’t be a troll…. Go back to the cave you came out of rather than coming on here to put down people’s effort. if you have a personal issue with the designer or designer’s country, so state! By the way, it would be nice if you posted your real name and at least show us something you have achieved that is of any relevance as compared to the designer in question.
    Oh! Did I mention that aside from the fact that your negative statement is the only one out of the lot, it really doesnt count and won’t make a difference to the designer , her country or her skill! Deal with that!!
