BN Beauty: Rock the “Ember” Months with 4 Fabulous Looks from Unveil Makeup with Uru Eke | Which Look is Your Favourite?

Paging all BN Beauty lovers, we have got something pretty for you. As we get closer to the end of the year, the basic makeup trends change to suit the season.

That’s why Nigerian makeup brand Unveil gave beautiful Nollywood actress Uru Eke a makeover showcasing the makeup looks for the “ember” months.

Beautiful right? Well just in case you want to achieve the look yourself, here’s how.

Look 1: The Amarylis Makeup Look

To achieve Uru Eke’s first look, make sure the face is as clean and clear then follow the steps;
1. Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin depending on the skin type
2. Trim the brows then dust off the hair particles with the Unveil fan brush.
3. Apply Unveil Oil Matifying Primer depending on the skin type and allow to dry.
4. Apply MaryKay foundation, bronze 500 & 507 with Unveil foundation brush.
5. Draw the brows with Unveil Dark brown pencil and Unveil mascara wand (Brow brush).
6. Highlight the brows with MaryKay Beige 300 using Unveil Large Eye Shader Brush.
7. Apply eye shadow primer (Unveil Primer) on the crease of the eye using Unveil Primer Brush.
8. Apply the Unveil Eye Silhouettes (Eyeshadows) called Cupid, Gush, Beddazle and Fawn on the crease of the eye with Unveil Cute Eye shader brush and blend well with the Unveil Blending brush.
9. Accentuate the inner eye rim with our Unveil black (Kohl) eye pencil and the Unveil navy pencil.
10. Apply the Unveil Black Liquid Eyeliner directly ontop of the lashline
11. Use our Unveil Navy Blue Mascara to prep the lashes for the strip false lashes.
12. Apply lash glue on the false lash and allow to go a bit tacky for easy sticking to lashline.
13. Then to the lips: Trace lips with Unveil Medium brown lip pencil and blend into the lips with Unveil lip brush.
14. Apply the Unveil’s nude Smacker called Sand all over the lips using the Unveil Lip brush.
15. Apply our Unveil Glaze of Light (Lipgloss) called Curious on the inner lip with the Unveil brush and blend into the sand lipstick.
16. Apply the Unveil Glaze of Light (lip gloss) called Cool Divine and blend into the Unveil’s Glaze of Light (lip gloss) called Curious.

Contouring the Face
Achieving a Smaller Nose
1. With the Unveil’s Applique brush, shade the corners of the nose with a color slightly darker than her skin tone using the Unveil’s Earth Eye Silhouette(Eyeshadow).
2. Highligt from the bridge of the nose to the ball of the nose with Unveil Beddazle Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow)
3. Then blend in the colors at the point where they meet.

Achieving a High Cheek Bone
1. Apply brown shadow on the hollow of your cheek(unveil Earth shadow)
2. Use Unveil Beddazle Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow) on the Under-Eye area of both eyes. Blend well into the skin in order for it not to stand out.
3. Apply Unveil’s Cheek Glow called Temptress on the cheek plane.
4. With the Unveil powder brush, slightly sweep all over the face into the neck with “Black Opal 02 Light” powder to set.

Look 2: The Foppish Sultry Makeup Look

To achieve Uru Eke’s second look (Smokey Eyes), follow the first six steps of the first look and then;
1. Apply Unveil’s Eye shadow primer with the Unveil primer brush all over the crease of the eye.
2. Paste the Unveil “Elegant” Eye Silhouette (Eyeshadow) with the Unveil Cute shader brush directly on the primer.
3. Apply Unveil’s “Shaved” Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow) with unveil shadow brush on the Elegant Silhouette.
4. Blend the sharp line of the shadows with Unveil’s “Lotus” Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow) using the Unveil Blending brush.
5. Continuously swipe back and forth with the Unveil black(kohl) pencil on the inner eye rim till it appears really dark.
6. Use the Unveil white inner eye rim pencil at the corner of the eye, up and down.
7. Apply the black Liquid eyeliner to the lashline.
8. Use the Unveil’s Navy Blue mascara on the lashes to prepare for the strip lashes.
9. Fix the strip lashes following the direction in the first look.
10. Trace the lips with Unveil’s “Tango” Lip pencil and blend in with the unveil Lip brush.
11. Apply the Unveil’s “Intense” Smacker and blend well with the Unveil lip brush.
12. Apply unveil’s Glaze of Light, Purity, (Clear Gloss) to give the lip an uplift.
13. With Unveil’s Powder Brush, dust all over the face into the neck with “Black Opal 02 Light” powder to set in the makeup
14. Apply Unveil’s Cheek Glow (Mademoiselle) with Unveil’s blush brush.

Look 3: The Tulipant Makeup Look

To achieve Uru Eke’s third look, follow the first six steps in the first look, and then;
1. Apply the Unveil Eye primer on the crease of the eye and blend well with the primer brush.
2. Apply the Unveil’s Eve Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow) with the Unveil’s Cute shader brush
3. Contour the eye with Unveil “Sailor’s cruise”, Unveil’s black (kohl) pencil and Unveil Lycons Eye Silhouettes (Eye Shadow)
4. Accentuate the eyes with Unveil black kohl pencil on the inner eye rim.
5. Apply Unveil’s Black Liquid Eye Liner
6. Brush out lashes with Unveil’s Navy Blue Mascara.
7. Fix the strip lashes following the direction in the first look.
8. Trace the lips with Unveils Apple pencil and blend with Unveil lip brush.
9. With Unveil’s Lip brush, apply Unveil’s Smacker (Lipstick) called “Adol” all over the lower and upper lip.
10. Apply Black Opal 02 Light powder with Unveil’s Powder brush on the face.
11. Apply Unveil’s Cheek Glow (Chemistry) with Unveil Cheek Color brush.

Look 4: The Alluring Makeup Look

To achieve Uru Eke’s third look, follow the first six steps in the first look, then;
1. Apply the Unveil Eye primer on the crease of the eye and blend well with the primer brush.
2. Apply the Unveil’s Eve Eye Silhouette (Eye shadow) with the Unveil’s Cute shader brush
3. Contour the eye with Unveil “Sailor’s cruise”, Unveil’s black (kohl) pencil and Unveil Lycons Eye Silhouettes (Eye Shadow)
4. Accentuate the eyes with Unveil black kohl pencil on the inner eye rim.
5. Apply Unveil’s Black Liquid Eye Liner
6. Brush out lashes with Unveil’s Navy Blue Mascara.
7. Fix the strip lashes following the direction in the first look.
8. Trace the lips with Unveils Raspberry pencil and blend with Unveil lip brush.
9. With Unveil’s Lip brush, apply Unveil’s Glaze of Light (Lip gloss) called “Girl Next Door” all over the lower and upper lip.
10. Apply Black Opal 02 Light powder with Unveil’s Powder brush on the face.
11. Apply Unveil’s Cheek Glow (Chemistry) with Unveil Cheek Color brush.
