Published

Happy Wednesday! Hump day is happy day for us every week at BellaNaija Weddings – time for a wedding feature with our partner Munaluchi Bridal Magazine. Today we have the sweet wedding of Angel and Michael, beautifully captured by Adebayo Deru.

Getting married in London, Angel and Michael had a traditional red bus transport their guests – from the church to the ceremony and hotels. How unique! In all, the couple experienced a fantastic wedding day crowned by a very excited bridal party.

Enjoy!

Hi! Checked out your blog and it seems you’re not Nigerian. Aso ebi (clothes for the family) are sewn from the same fabric and colours to show unity and love for the couple. It is a Yoruba tradition in Nigeria, that has also been adopted by our other cultures.

Gawjuss dress, I love the flounces and ruffles at the bottom… and I really like her cala lily bouqet. Plus getting a Red Bus for the day was genius. Really like many touches given by the couple to this wedding, praying you both enjoy a wonderful and richly blessed life together!

So what’s your point on the everyone wearing purple comment?

The trend of unifying colours for both the bride’s and groom’s family is in opinion very fresh and symbolic.

Lovely wedding. All I see is beauty. God bless the couple

I love the Church! It would have been even more beautiful if more people turned out for the church ceremony (I am guilty 🙂 )

Nothing beats having fresh flowers for bouquet! Absolutely loved the arrangement. HML and best wishes to the couple!
