When talking about Hollywood royalty, you have to mention A-list actress Angelina Jolie. From her stellar red carpet presence to her stunning makeup for the much anticipated movie Maleficent – Angelina always brings her A-game.

For her recent movie roe as the villainous witch who send Sleeping Beauty into a deep slumber, Angelina is transformed into a strikingly beautiful yet pale faced witch, which has got everyone dying to see her in action. And it begs the question – who is behind her Maleficent transformation for the movie role?

In an interview with Glamour Magazine, Toni G, Angelina’s long time personal makeup artist spills all. In the candid one-on-one she goes into details on the inspiration for Maleficent’s evil look, Angelina’s favourite beauty routines and some tips that we can incorporate in to our beauty routines.

I mean, if she can make Angelina look that good (or evil), then she is definitely worth listening to.

On her inspiration for the final Maleficent makeup look. We were truly inspired by the Maleficent character – her elegance, sharp features and glamour. We fused old Hollywood and modern beauty without being too theatrical; it just seemed to naturally fit her character.

On Angelina’s favourite beauty and skincare products. We both love the Clarisonic for keeping the skin fresh.

On Tips on how to best look after our skin on a daily basis. Of course what we put into our body makes a huge difference, organic juices and smoothies daily bring a glow to your skin, providing it isn’t over shadowed with unhealthy foods like bacon, sugar and too much coffee. I love my coffee, but it makes a huge difference when I don’t drink it.
