In its determination to create awareness and sensitise Nigerian children on the need for personal hair hygiene, L’Oreal Central West Africa, makers of Dark and Lovely Beautiful Beginnings products, celebrated them with a line-up of activities.
It kicked off on Monday 19th May 2014 and will end tomorrow Saturday 24th May 2014. It started with the hair maintenance week where children were educated in their various schools on the importance of maintaining and keeping a healthy hair.
The grand finale will feature a competition where two representatives of the various schools with their mothers, will compete at the “Mum & I Beauty Pageant“.
They will be judged based on knowledge of hair care with support from their mothers to help bring to life the beauty of the mother-daughter relationship.
The grand finale will take place on Saturday 24th May 2014 by 12 noon at Caley College, 6 Church Street, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos.
