There’s something about this woman that is almost bewitching/enchanting lol Can’t help but admire her. She is talking so much sense. I believe Child marriage needs to be abolished in Nigeria. ‘Let girls grow up to become women’ first and then decide for themselves what they want for their future. That is all.

No matter how intelligent she sounds, i cant ever get past that interview with CNN. i cant really believe most of what she says, its all for make believe people, its all to build her image, she dont give a damn how u guys feel or whats really happening in naija

I believe you because you know her so well. Infact I understand you are her twin/manager. Shuoo . . . You are permitted to not like someone but to cast aversions on what she is saying or doing when you do not know her. Even if it is to build her image, what is wrong with it? My dear, this is how images are built; so get used to it. And she spoke well.

There are some words that are not to be used on an international forum, saying they’ve taken enough money for themselves can be replaced with embezzlement, corruption. She’s getting a little better but a lot more work needs o be done in terms of her mannerism, listening and presentation of opinion. That being said Genevieve, it is not only politicians or government that can do something. Steph okeke is on the vvf thing, omotola has been very outspoken about environmental degradation, don’t just lend a voice but put your money where your mouth is. A lot of young women look up to you and will benefit much more

lovely smile but that gown is a bit short, and she looks/speaks as nervous as ever. it seems like she’ss shouting. her boobs look big here also. i agree with her saying “the people are the problem”…pretty much sums up why nigeria is fucked up.

man, apologies for sounding rude but this chick’s interviews are cringe worthy. She needs to do some research before any interview. she basically was talking out of her a**

This woman is not original. now she want to be an omotola wannabe,no matter how much you tried you never be recognized as activist.

she started doing interview way bf omotola, the diff is that Genevieve does not scream for the world to know.. remember the CNN interview right.. she has orphanage home that she takes care of.. her 50% of st Genevieve clothing line goes to charity, and she has been doing this way bf omotola.. so please keep quiet.. you’re mad because she doing interview with bigger companies.. take your jealousy else where..

some omotola fans cannot be happy for others out of jealousy… plz.. i’m a fan of both, and i know what up..

Put a sock in that gutter you call a mouth. What do you really stand to gain from putting your favs competition down?!? Last i checked they are both amazing women fighting for a just cause so quit this nonsense of berating one to make the other look good!!!

A living example of what she was just talking about. Instead of your dumb arse to make a contuctive criticism about the validaties of the points she made in the video, you’re comparing her to someone else. She is right, THE PEOPLE=YOU PEOPLE, ARE THE PROBLEM!

Instead of your dumb arse to make a contuctive criticism about the validaties of the points she made in the video, you’re comparing her to someone else. Genevieve is not a public speaker, its clear from the way she carries herself that she is introverted, Omotola on the other hand is verh extroverted, so thag make it easier for her to sit in a room full of people, have a camera placed directly in her face, and still be able to fight through the butterflies. So, stop th3 unnecessary comparisms. She is right, THE PEOPLE=YOU PEOPLE, ARE THE PROBLEM.

Nigerians over-glorify everything. Yes she’s spoken, but what’s so special or so outstanding in what she’s said? Any typical learned high school student would lend their voice and words the same way she has if giving the forum/platform. I really did not hear anything spectacular or out of the ordinary from Gene in this particular interview oh. Emphatically, I disliked her superfluity of words especially where she responded to the first question saying: “the messed up part is…..” Her scale fell to the bottom low on my radar oh Chei! Pardon my reservation. Needless to say, I’m a huge Genevieve fan so this is no shade.

She needs to take some lessons in speaking, her speech pattern and body language are very distracting.

she did her best..her interview was quite contradictory…. one minute she says Govt are the problem and next minute she says its the people who are the problem. sometimes she talks like she chatting to her friend…. like mannerism such as bla bla bla….. oh well i wish her the best

Genevieve is that kind of person who can get away with anything but truth be told, even though she is gorgeous and has made us proud with her Nigerian movies, she needs to own her stardom, stop being nervous, forget that she didn’t finish school, forget that she has haters and just give us some really good interviews. I don’t think Beyonce’ is well educated either but she exudes confidence. I have watched some of her interviews and I thought naaa, Gene’ you can do so much more because you actually can. She is rapidly becoming an African ambassador so she should be able to sound like Joke Silva or Nike Osinowo. Rita Dominic and the rest are not getting her kind of exposure so she should really do something about owning it. Yes she is introverted but then again she signed up for the lights and camera like she herself said once. Someone needs to have a talk with her and Im willing to do that just incase she’s paying some dumb ass people who are not doing their job on her. A celebrity is a national asset but Nigerians dont know shit and only keep consuming rubbish from Western countries. On this interview I think she is the most vocal Ive ever seen and made some good points. And oh boy, they have made enough money for themselves, I support her on that statement, words like embezzlement and corruption na English abeg. we don tire to speak English. and some people are dumb though. that THE PEOPLE, and THE GOVT thing are in different contexts and are different answers to different questions.
