Presenting the lookbook from luxury Menswear clothing brand – Okunoren Twins.

The twins have been in business for over a decade and following the launch of the brand’s retail store in Lagos, a lookbook tagged “Doctrine of Style Part1” has been released. This collection is filled with wearable pieces like the suits made from velvet, pique, fine pure wool with fleur de Lys frogging, shorts made from Aso Oke and cotton and tunics coupled with matching trousers.

The brand has also added a new item to its trademark brand – the new Oxford lace up shoes and sandals.

Nice looking tailored suits. Good looking male models.

The quality of the tailoring for some of the pieces are so dodgy. The first two models are so uninspiring. It should be a punishable crime by law to showcase rumpled shirt in a collection.

This is more like it. http://www.bellanaija.com/2014/05/27/okunoren-twins-presents-collection-lookbook-doctrine-of-style-part-1/okunoren-twins-doctrine-of-style-collection-bellanaija-may2014023/

Im sorry but after visiting their store, I was highly disappointed! Yes they have nice designs but thats all. Majority of their ready to wear items have clearly been pulled by stylist and worn by celebrities as they have dirt around the collar and stains. And also not much variety. Expected so much more

Extremely disappointing. Ah ah aren’t they supposed to be what of the better designers in Lagos?

What is this? see the stitching on this one. Oga oh.

The suits look like they were inspired by the 17th century fashion trends with the satin, velvet and wool and richly decorated doublet styles which I like, I also dig the grey double breasted jacket, the frog closures and would have liked the black tux but for the red and gold printed cuffs…however, the models do nothing to market this product one bit! the native attires look uninspired and undersized what with the bunching up around the shoulders and the sleeves barely touching the wrist! also bad styling job.
