#BNFroFriday: Get your Afro Poppin’! Watch Chizi Duru’s Signature Carefree Afro Tutorial

Using just Cantu Leave-in Conditioner, Chizi Duru is showing us how she get’s her signature carefree afro look.

She starts off by moisturising an old twist out with the Cantu leave-in product, she then adds a cute flat twist in the front for a bit of styling and finally, she uses a blow dryer on low heat to stretch out her afro at the roots for a fuller look.

Concentrating the heat from the blow drier at your roots helps to stretch the base of your hair without stretching out the kinks at the end, creating a fuller looking afro. You can also use an afro pick comb to fake this look without heat, it works well on twist outs too. The flat twist in the front helps to keep hair off your face in the hot weather. You also don’t have to use a blow dryer, rock your afro like this if you don’t mind this shrunken afro look.
