BN TV: A Twist on Goat-Meat Pepper Soup, here’s a Tasty Recipe for Goat-Meat Potato Soup on Bukie’s Kitchen Muse




It’s a brand new episode of Bukie’s Kitchen Muse and in today’s edition, Bukie is showing us how the puts a twist on regular goat mean perpper soup by adding mashed potatoes for added flavour and texture. Here’s what she said;

With the non-stop tropical showers that Lagos has been experiencing in the last couple of weeks, I guess it’s safe to say that Pepper Soup season is right upon us.

    What kind of milk did you use please? Can coconut milk be an alternative

      I used long life milk. You can also use powdered milk mixed with water.

    IMO, I think I would rather jejely opt for grilling the goat meat , adding the carrot ( preferably mixed veg on the side ) and if I must then down a glass of cold milk with the food . ( maybe cos I don’t even dig milk like that). Looks yummy …. Nice concept too but I can’t eat it Biko.
