“Knock Yourselves Out” – Media Personality Toolz says to Cyber Bullies & Body Shamers

Toolz doesn’t have time for cyber bullies and body shamers!

A couple of days ago the media personality stepped out to attend a press conference for a campaign organized by ONE and the OAP looked lovely in an Ankara dress.

She posted a photo of herself in the outfit on Instagram and some of her followers on social media made comments about her IG photo being photoshopped especially after a side-by-side image of a photo by a photographer at the event and her IG photo went viral.

Taking time out to address the trending topic, Toolz today posted a collage of three of her photos from the event side-by-side. She cheekily captioned “#TreeADem. #KnockYourselvesOut”.

Naija women and their love for tearing each other down under the guise of “telling the truth”. Let her photoshop if she wants. You too, do your own photoshopping and make yourself happy. Always focusing on the mundane

Really? Nigerians can find anything to butt hurt over! Ever occurred to you when you take several pictures of yourself at an event, you look bigger in some and slimmer in others. You know why? You can take it from different angles and look big in one and slimmer in another, Different cameras with different lenses, also if I move closer to you to take a full body pic you will look bigger, if I move back and take the same in full, it’s different , also I can zoom on you while I’m taking it far away and it gets bigger. And even if she did Photoshop, how does her photoshoping help our lives. mtshew! people are just jobless.

Nigerians need to leave overweight/fat WOMEN alone. Nigerans are fatphobic, especially towards women, you see and hear it everywhere. do you think they don’t know how they look? does that mean they can’t live and be happy? until you’ve tried to lose excess weight, be nice to others. The other day i went to the salon, and a fat young girl left and she became the topic of discussion, with everyone saying she looks old and they never want to be fat, bla blah blah. And toolz looks neat and well dressed, that’s what matters, not how fat or slim a woman is.

Really, this the same Nigeria where certain sub-cultures have a fattening room?? In others a plump woman’s the best indicator of her husband’s care? That Nigeria is “fatphobic”. Made up words aside, dude………….that’s just wrong.

Try to reduce your broad strokes ehh.

My dear, I seriously don’t understand what their issue is now with Toolz! So what, if she chooses to Photoshop? Almost every lady does the photo filter and stuff on their pictures before posting on social media? Hypocrites!

The only person bodyshaming anyone is Toolz herself. If you’re proud or comfortable with your own body you won’t have excessively altered your image, so miss me with that PC business. When your fans were busy swooning over your fake images they weren’t haters, bam you blindside them with your true self, they comment as seen and now they’re haters. Madam check yourself!

Just be true to yourself. If you really like how you look why tone the weight down??.Celebs!!!Hmmm you may never know but maybe this may be a stunt to create some drama.Everything to make more dough!!!.I believe it may be a stunt.I know a celeb who also edited her pics right after delivery to look like she lost all the weight but it was a gimmick to hype a movie she acted in.Saw some of her pics later on and realized no!.It was probably a stunt. Its not Toolz alone, lots of them.Beyonce,Kim o,Mariah all doing it.Reasons could be to get hype for something or because they aren’t as confident as they portray themselves to be.And that’s why I don’t just buy everything they put up on social media.

I don’t care if she photoshops herself out of her own pictures but why is it that these so called celebrities or what do they call themselves dont like it when their fans or someone tell them the truth? Everything “haters” “Jealousy” if the lady had praised Toolz now and go on and on about how sexy or beautiful her hips was, it will be okay. Why do they always have a problem when someone say it as it is? I don’t blame them, it’s those that worship them I blame. Obviously, the lady who said something look up to her maybe for fashion tips or she inspire her in some kind of way. Yes everyone fitters and photoshop their pictures on SM but the way I see it it’s like Toolz do much. Even those that have not met her can tell the pictures on her IG is different from the ones online. Her wedding pictures and the Thanksgiving picture was a typical example. Like Segi said “Madam check yourself!”
