She says “Hello Foodies, I want to share an interesting recipe using Sweet Potatoes. I’ve always wondered how many different ways one can cook sweet potatoes besides making it a porridge or frying and at the same time make it interesting, so i came up with a variation of the famous Gizdodo (Gizzard + Plantain). This version can be a main meal or an appetizer, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser. Be sure to try it when next you’re having friends or family over and see how pleased they will be. 5 Tubers Sweet Potatoes
300g Chicken Gizzard
1 Cup Tomato/Pepper Mix
5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/2 Med Onion (Chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1/4 Cup each of Yellow/Green/Orange Bell Peppers
1 Tsp white Pepper
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
A Pinch of Salt
