In this video, Flo Madubike of All Nigerian Recipes is sharing her recipe for what she calls “Full Option Abacha”.

She gave it that name because her version of the Igbo delicacy (shredded, boiled cassava) is filled with all the possible ingredients you can add to Abacha, including Ugba (shredded oil bean), stock fish, dry fish, and others.
