I am not sure whether this is Yemmie’s priority but if you want to minimise the number of spots/pimples you have you will need to significantly reduce the oil in your food. Your oil is too much and it is showing on your face, and putting your entire family at risk long term, I,e. Husband heart disease, stroke (God forbid).

I am really and very concerned about sisi yemmie’s eating habits. First off I honestly am a true fan and this is just an observation, it’s very exciting to have a child who has a very healthy appetite but feeding without control isn’t encourageable particularly when a spouse is big the possibilities of these genes being inherited by the kids is high. So sisi kindly watch how and what you feed Tito so he doesn’t get too fat and as well help your significant other lose some.
