Ingredients For Spice Mix
- 1/2 Tablespoon Thyme
- 1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Stock Cubes
Ingredients For Spicy Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Dried Chillies (unblended) or 5-6 Tbsp blended
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree (Approx 225g)
- 1 Medium Sized Onion
- 3 Small Bay Leaves
- 2 Tablespoon Ginger
- 5 Tablespoons Oil
