Yenny Adepoju returns with another episode of her lifestyle and fitness vlog. In this episode, Yenny shares tips to help you prepare some meals that are healthy yet yummy and tasty. These self-created meals are easy to prepare and would come in handy especially when you want something you can always have on the go.


Recipe 1: Rice Bowl

  • Wild Rice (Sprinkle)
  • Basmati Rice (1/2 CUPS)
  • Edamame (handful)
  • Tomatoes (1/4 of a tomato)
  • Tuna (3/4 of can)
  • Spinach (1\2 cup)
  • Sweet  Chilli Chicken Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Franks Red Hot (optional)

Recipe 2: Quinoa with Pasta Sauce

  • Pasta Sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Mince Meat
  • Garlic & Onions
  • Quinoa (1/2 cup)
  • Use whatever spices you like

Recipe 3: Quick Salad

  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach
