BN Cuisine: One-Pot Creamy Kilishi Pasta by Haneefah Adam
This recipes for creamy kilishi pasta is an easy and fast recipe with a northern Nigerian twist to it by Haneefah Adam.
Cook time: 10 minutes on medium heat (or according to pasta pack instructions)
Ingredients
- Kilishi strips
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Yaji
- Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 Chopped onion
- 2 Chilli peppers (2)
- 1/2 cup Dried Tomato
- 3 Scent leaves (cut)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pasta
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the pot, pour in 3 cups of boiling water. Cover and let cook. Stir together and serve.
