Dremo makes his Debut on Coke Studio Africa 2017 paired with South Africa’s Mafikizolo & Kenya’s Nyashinski

Hey, people! Have you heard of a Nigerian Artiste called Dremo? If not, then where have you been? Let’s play quick catch-up, shall we? Dremo is one of Nigeria’s hottest, talented, and fast-rising rap acts. What makes him so special? Davido, a.k.a. Omo Baba Olowo (OBO), signed him on barely 24 hours after meeting him for the first time. Now, Dremo is taking things a step higher and going bigger as he sets to make his big break debut on Coke Studio Africa 2017.

“I am looking forward to getting more exposure and connecting with fans from all over Africa. I want to explore,” the 23-year-old said excitedly ahead of his anticipated debut on the show. He will be paired with legendary South African music group: Mafikizolo and celebrated multi-talented Kenyan artist, Nyashinski.

After dropping exciting punch lines and catchy hooks in songs like “Who”, “Iro Nla”, “1-2 Bang” with Davido and “Back 2 Back” with label mates, Mayorkun, one thing that we do not doubt is that Dremo is talented and on the fast track to becoming the next big thing in the music industry. The big question now is: “How will he fare on the daunting Coke Studio Africa Stage?”
