Hi Lovelies, I’m sharing a quick Beans & Plantain Pottage recipe in the spirit of Ramadan. This is how I make mine with Uziza leaves for an extra depth of flavor and added vegetables. You can accelerate the cooking time by cooking the beans in a pressure cooker.
