We asked first-time dads, on this Father’s Day, to share their experience parenting for the first time with us.
Stan, who was in the theatre while his child was being birthed, and hasn’t had a full-night’s rest since, tells his story.

It was really a tearing moment for me, because I was in the theatre while the surgery was going on. It was an amazing experience, and a moment that changed my perception toward women: they are really great and wonderful beings.
After that was two hours of sleep, and till date my wife and I have not had a complete night rest, unlike those days of dating.
Sometimes I feel devastated, horrible, happy, tired of the whole thing. Their problem is too much. But hey, I say to myself: You were once raised like this, so young man, behave.
Well, it’s an amazing experience having a baby. God is great. In this process, I have seen a lot about life, and I learn new things every day. If my father had told me all this, believe me I would have waited a bit more, until I was ready. But when is anyone ever ready?
