This week was all good, all smooth sailing. Perhaps because the year is rounding up, everyone’s efforts are starting to yield fruits, relationships are blossoming, jobs are being secured. Anyway, let’s get right into it!
Stillbirth Trauma
This one. started with a small story about how a woman had a stillborn and her husband left the room. Like, he just upped and left the hospital. They dialled his number over and over, but he’d gone. Disappeared.
The story started a long a** back and forth on Twitter about men and women and who is often left to bear trauma alone, who supports who.
This lady had a stillborn and her husband left the room. He said he couldn't see his child like that, but she literally is giving birth to a dead baby and you left her there to do that alone. He left the entire hospital. Didnt answer her calls. Like.

It is 100% accurate. You don't need to suffer grief to empathise or sympathise with someone who is grieving, but to truly understand it? You must experience it first.

Biodun Fatoyinbo’s Apology
Busola Dakolo has requested that her alleged rapist Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo apologise to her on papers and live TV, that’s the latest development (one we would be satisfied to see happen). Although the court documents have been seen on social media, the pastor and his lawyers have said it’s yet to be sent to them. We await.
