Clearing Assumptions
When people have no idea what’s going on, they create assumptions. The same thing happens in the Pepper Dem House.
As tension in the Pepper Dem House heightens, rumours and suspicions of scheming continue springing up. Some will be cleared and some won’t be. Fortunately for Cindy, Khafi had time this morning to clear some of hers.
Clearing Assumptions
The Nomination Drama made its way to the second day which is perfectly normal, but what wasn’t normal to Cindy was watching Khafi and Tacha beam with glee and talk in hush tones after Omashola Saved and Replaced himself with Seyi. Remember Seyi put up Khafi last week and Cindy thought this was her basking in the joy that Seyi got served in his Coin. She felt that was beneath Khafi. “You come across as conniving… It seemed like you both were happy and I wasn’t expecting you’d be rejoicing over that” she said. “I feel like Tacha has an issue with Seyi and Tacha is dragging you along,” she added. To which Khafi responded that Cindy was just making assumptions and this was a regular occurrence in the House. She has learnt not to bother about what people think or try to make people like her. “This House is teaching me that no matter what you do someone will still have an issue with it,” she further remarked.
On why it might have seemed like she and Tacha looked like they were conniving, she explained that she just found the whole Nomination ironic. “I didn’t expect Omashola to put Seyi up. It was just interesting that Omashola put him up the same way he did me and that was the plot twist.”
It doesn’t look like Khafi, Seyi and Tacha would resolve their issues anytime soon, so it’s down to Eviction this Sunday to help them solve it once and for all.
The Factory Is Closed.
In other interesting news, the gates to Mercy’s cave of intimate pleasure will remain closed to Ike until he makes a formal commitment of marriage. A bewildered Ike stated having high hopes of getting some before he made his exit out of the Pepper Dem House. To which Mercy replied he’d have to be engaged to her before consideration might be given to his carnal desires. Do we hear wedding bells ringing soon seeing as how passionate Ike is about getting some? Engagement will tell.
With every Nomination, Housemates have found it difficult to shake off the feeling that they might be next. That fear is beginning to take a toll on them and create an air of suspicion and paranoia. Let’s see how this will play out in the coming weeks.
Time To Touch Lives
The Pepper Dem Gang have a chance to touch lives, but first, a Task.
Cindy broke the News to the Pepper Dem Gang that they had another big Task to prepare for, but this time they will be touching lives. This Task was courtesy Airtel and the benefits of this task will be donated to a hospital chosen by the winning team.
What The Task Entails
The Pepper Dem Gang have to create a campaign for the provision of affordable healthcare to the average Nigerian. To get started with the preparation for this Task, Housemates had to divide themselves into two teams comprising of Team Red and Team White.
Members of Team White included: Frodd, Cindy, Khafi, Mercy and Mike while Team Red included, Tacha, Elozonam, Seyi, Omashola, Ike and Diane.
Each team will be expected to work on creating the following:
- Create a name for the campaign.
- Choose a team lead
- Design creative assets for the campaign.
- A 30sec radio commercial
- A 5-minute verbal presentation in line with the campaign
That’s Not All
Once they are done with their presentation, The Housemates have to get ready for a quickfire quiz. We wonder how well they would do this time. This last time the Pepper Dem Gang had a quiz, Biggie was quite worried and promised to bring back the quiz. Here’s a chance for the Housemates to prove not only to Biggie that they have gotten better, but also stand a chance to win big. Apparently, each question is worth 100,000 Naira and there are 25 questions. Did someone say cha-ching?
However the Presentation turns out, one thing is certain, we will be entertained and we can’t wait.
Konji On A Rampage
Ten weeks and counting in the House and a few Housemates have started getting that tingling sensation in tender regions.
Everyone knows about Cupid, but rarely do we ever speak about his naughty little cousin, popularly known on this side of the world as ‘Konji’. This randy little fella is fond of possessing people and filling them with the urge to quench an overwhelming intimate thirst. If you have ever had that nagging sensual sensation in your tender regions and the need for immediate relief, that’s Konji right there working his magic.
Konji in the House
When you keep adults of the opposite sex in a confined place long enough, you can be certain Konji will drop by and be up to a few tricks. The Pepper Dem Gang have been in the House for over eleven weeks now and as expected, Konji has decided to make himself the new Housemate. Seyi was the first to spot this unwanted Housemate and make his presence known to the rest of the Housemates as he announced during a failed prank that “The Spirit of Konji has been unlocked.”
Identifying Konji’s antics in the House
Let’s get right to it. What has Konji been up to in the Big Brother Naija House? Quite a lot actually. From getting Housemates in compromising positions to finding succour in each other’s arms and pranks of the intimate nature, Konji has been quite busy.
Pranks of the Intimate Nature
There are a lot of pranks one can pull, but when you decide to pull an elaborate prank that involves placing a semblance of used condoms around the House, it says a lot about what’s going through your mind. Diane, Mercy and Ike are the pranksters here. Although they did claim it was a prank, this got us thinking, what could have possibly been going on in their minds before conceiving such a prank. We didn’t have to think for long. Well played Konji, well played. Feed it into their subconscious while making it look like a prank. Nice.
After Party Fever
Apart from the usual fights that are usually the order of the day after the Saturday Night Party, we see a little bit of charged up intimate energy. Although it might seem like Konji works overdrive on Saturdays, but that’s really not the case. It’s a lot easier to stir up sensations when you’ve been drinking all night and dancing in sensual positions that would ordinarily trigger you with zero help from Konji. Most of the Housemates come in a little friskier than usual and often take a dive in the hot tub or go right to sleep, possibly to calm the jumpy sensual nerves. It was on nights like this we saw a visibly excited Omashola rush over to playfully spank Mercy’s bare bottoms. Now, was he trying to get some or turn it to a make pretend drum set to create new beats, we can’t say for sure, but we know Konji had quite a satisfied smile on his face after that.
The Icy Pair
No one has been hit hard by Konji than these two. Every moment together is a battle not to give in to basic desires. You can tell that both parties are fighting hard not to give in to the urge. The frequent make-out sessions are not even helping the situation. Mercy seems to be managing fine, but Ike is a different story entirely. Ike who expressed that it was easy to keep it together for one month, but two months was a different story. Looks like he’s about to quit keeping it together and try out Seyi’s advice of taking a solo flight since Mercy might not be budging to go all the way anytime soon. Either way he chooses to calm the raging sensation in his pants, Konji will be pleased.
Unusual Romp Alliances
Before Seyi and Tacha’s ship hit the iceberg, they spent quite a lot of time together and sometimes in questionable positions. This was a romantic alliance we didn’t see coming. Konji definitely had grand plans for them, but as it stands Konji might have to put in extra work or move on to the other Housemates. The tension between the two can’t be doused by intimate pleasures at the moment or maybe it can, but it probably won’t be between the two of them. A lot could still go on though. Konji isn’t known to give up that easily. We can’t wait to see that outcome.
Those Who Shall not be Named
These two are Konji’s regular customers. Hardly did they put up any fight, they gave in willingly to Konji’s demand over and over and over again. Often seen together and most times blessing our sights with make-out sessions, these two clearly understood that when the body needs intimate relief, it should get it. Although one of them has been Evicted, the other Housemate seems to be keeping it together. For how long though, we wonder, because a certain Pepper Dem Gang has been showing signs of being Konji’s advocate and ready to make a move on the Housemate.
The Work in Progress
Konji has a few names on his ‘convince’ to-do list, From Frodd and Esther (who unfortunately has been Evicted, so that’s out the window) to Elozonam and Diane, the work has been set in motion. The pairs are getting close and we wonder how long before they get that notification from Konji that it’s time to get freaky.
Nothing ever gets past our eye and we will be on the lookout for who’s next to fall prey to the antics of Konji.

Team White’s Airtel Conquest

The Contest
Aimed at offering practical relief, hope and platforms to empower the underprivileged in the society, the Pepper Dem Gang were challenged to an inspiring corporate social responsibility.
To support this noble initiative, the House was tasked to create a special campaign for the provision of affordable health care for the average Nigerian. For this reason, they were divided into two teams – red and white.
The Campaign
Each team was given five minutes to present their talk on the subject – a campaign for the provision of affordable healthcare to the average Nigerian.
With team red kicking off this phase, Ike, Tacha, Elozonam, Seyi, Diane and Omashola gave a five-minute presentation as they campaigned for “Health Care For All” – where they each gave reasons why health care should be accessible to the average Nigerian.
Next up was the white team, consisting of Cindy, Mercy Mike, Frodd and Khafi – starting off their campaign with a peaceful protest. “We no go gree o, we no go gree,” they all chanted, holding placards as they each gave their campaign speech on the importance of affordable healthcare for all. For them, “Beta healthcare, beta Nigeria”.
Both teams were to round up this session with a 30-second radio commercial. Unfortunately for team red, the buzzer went off before they got the opportunity to show off their jingle skills.
The Quick-fire Quiz
With fifty questions to answer, each team got an opportunity to answer only twenty-five of those questions. In this round, the Pepper Dem Gang were asked general questions on the subject of the country’s current affairs.
Remember their thirst for doing something for charity in the Innoson challenge? Well, Biggie gave the Pepper Dem Gang the perfect opportunity to fulfil this dream. With a hundred thousand Naira up for grabs for each correctly answered question, the winning team’s reward will be donated in full to a government hospital.
Want to know another interesting fact? The donation will come in form of necessary supplies and the Housemates will get to partake in the actual donation once they are out of the Big Brother House. Amazing right?

An Opportunity To Touch Lives – For Team White
It was a big win for team white as they led the challenge with sixteen points as against team red with fourteen points. Biggie’s win announcement for team white was met with loud cheers and congratulatory messages from the opposing team. To end his announcement, Biggie also applauded team red for their contribution and efforts in the Task and in his words, “this challenge would not have been possible without you,” he added.
A big thank you to Airtel Nigeria for the opportunity given to team white as each question gotten rightly earned them a hundred thousand Naira for each question. What better way to touch lives than donating their win to a government hospital in Nigeria of their choice? Well done, team white! You all must be so proud.
We couldn’t help but notice the tension between Tacha and Seyi as they tried to work together in the same team. Should we expect a reunion soon or are we only going to get a moment with the due during Tasks alone? How awkward will the Saturday Night Parties be without a Seyi and Tacha moment? We’ll find out.
