Today’s #GoogleDoodle is “Celebrating Jollof Rice”

Today’s Google Doodle is a celebration of the beloved Jollof Rice, which it describes as “a quintessential West African dish simmered in reduced tomatoes, onions, peppers and regional spices.”

The doddle was designed by Nigerian artist Haneefah Adam and the soundtrack was created by Senegalese jazz musician, Hervé Samb.
