On the 20th of December 2009, lingerie brand “What Lies Beneath” launched an intimate event at Leila Fowler in Lagos.
What Lies Beneath is a hip and chic popup and online lingerie boutique with a taste for luxurious lingerie and sleepwear. According to the Creative Director, Cornelia O’Dwyer “We have streamlined the commercial trends and tastefully selected, delicate and refined pieces that are sassy, edgy and unique.
The typical What Lies Beneath woman is a fun, fierce and fabulous diva that is looking for the finer things in life and recognizes quality“.
It was a fab event that brought lingerie lovers together. Shoppers enjoyed great music, delicious cupcakes and lots of bubbly.
A bride-to-be happily bagged her “honeymoon ensemble” while others simply put a little umph back in their closet.

Fab collection….I was there and my BF loved the sexy amethyst silk shorts and cami I got….He actually went back and ‘Santa’ got me the “shocking revelation” underwear set (guess what, it glows in the dark!!!! lol). Cant wait for Valentine’s day
