SideView Magazine has announced the nominees for its inaugural Style Awards. • boo September 20, 2011 at 9:45 PM

this award is a joke…..they just threw in any names that came to mind. A lot of the people nominated in a single category are in the same league.

        You’re making sense… Nigerians are too clicky…

    • Mary007 September 21, 2011 at 3:31 AM

I cannot comprehend how some people were grouped together. Awards awards Nigeria no de carry last

    • Tutu September 21, 2011 at 9:14 AM

Best make-up Artist should definately go to Bisi Essien of Crystal Eyez. Her work is amazing and she is such an amazing person, has a very luvly persoanlity. and is very professional, great customer service too, she is really focused on revealing ur flawlessness and geniuely makes sure u r absolutely beautiful for your wedding. great service would recommed her any day.

i totally agree with boo, this award nomination totally speak amatuer to me. how will u bring a whole first lady a\of a country and put in same category with names that most folks dont know what thi\eir inspirational works are , the organisers should have created a category where michelle. oprah and thier likes comes under the same category. moreover if for example u have a category for most inspirational woman, inspirational where? in her country or in the entire world? also if this magazine say they are internationally acclaimed, why would they have a dominance of nigerians in almost every category which makes it look as if the foreign nominees are being done a favor. i totally understand the fact that they are tryin to encourage some individuals, but most names listed in some of these categories are way not it.

some kind of randomness… never seen this magazine

    • :) September 22, 2011 at 9:52 AM

What is this really about? Seems random.

    • :) September 22, 2011 at 9:57 AM

Went to the website. Still confused. Why should these awards mean anything, does everyone just get up and have an award show for sponsorship, publicity and sales. I feel like we need more of a background on SideView and how successful they are and why the awards they give are relevant. No hate at all, I am genuinely baffled.

    • Sola September 22, 2011 at 9:25 PM

Michelle Obama and Genevieve? ((surprised)). Anyways, Tiffany Amber sure deserves to win, she inspires me and shé is always coming up with great styles.
