On Thursday 5th April 2012, Premium Herbal Liqueur Jagermeister kicked off a one of a kind soiree which involved throwing an exclusive party in 3 of the hottest bars in Lagos.
This Jagermeister Bar Storm which went on for two consecutive days, started at the Likwid Lounge, Lagos on Thursday and later took off on Friday from Likwid Lounge to Pub Bar in Apapa and then to Luminous in Ikeja.
The organizers surely got everyone excited most especially the 3 club owners who in different separate interviews highly commended them for the astounding success of the Bar storm which saw many attendees. Guests were treated to a night of fun, non stop music and non stop servings of chilled Jagermeister.
Expressing his joy, a guest said he had always loved the spirit brand while studying in the UK and he’s delighted to know it is officially available in Nigeria.

Test tubes are used for shots in some clubs and bars outside Nigeria. Besides, wine glasses are for wine and I believe it says Jagermeister is a liqueur

This drink thrives very well in developed countries and you would agree with me if you are well travelled and have visited clubs/bars outside….. Hubertus was a Christian saint, the patron saint of hunters, a mathematician, an optician etc …read it up yourself; and hey don’t judge a book by its cover:

This is why there is always need for research and re-branding, as you can see from the comments, the average Nigerian (even the ones with internet) is very superstitious even when it has been explained here several times and the image in no way looks “demonic”…smh. jagermeister should have rebranded for the new market, because it seems there no mind changing here as people are thinking its demonic. sorry guys but the fact that something is well established abroad shouldn’t make it acceptable here,its our “follow the crowd” mind-set that often puts us in trouble……for me, a cross is a sacred symbol and shouldn’t be used carelessly,if the symbol is considered holy in any way then it shouldn’t be on a liquor bottle, whether its an issue of poor branding or demonic, its just wrong!!!….please open your eyes.

Reading the comments of people shows our level of reasoning in this part of the world, there is nothing satanic about the logo if u properly look @ it. I have been taking the drink and I think its one of best liquor around now, was also @ the party it was not an ocult gathering but that of mature, enlightened and upwardly mobile Nigerians! Jargermiester is the drink of the time especially the jargerbomb luv it!

I have travelled around Europe, American and Africa the last in Cape town and Kenya and i saw and drank Jagermiester.
