The boot camp which is organized by Tony Ekaidem, a master instructor of World Taekwondo/Self Defence consultant, is a highly intensive circuit training program set to boost your rate of metabolism and keep you burning fat all day long.
And this time, the Body Alchemist team is introducing new exercise drills and sequences that are sure to boost your metabolism and energy levels while burning calories and fat as well as new meal plans – The Low Calorie/High Energy Meal Plan and the Points System Meal Plan.
According to Tony, the Low-Calorie High Energy meal plan is designed to keep your energy levels up while ensuring you stay within a healthy total calorie range while the Points System Meal Plan, will help track your meals on a points system basis. All foods will be assigned points and you must stay within your daily points quota. This plan is flexible and allows you choose what you eat as long as you stay within your total points allocation.

Abeg, there’s no summer in Nigeria. We should let our terms be reflective of our environment. We have rainy season and dry season.
looooool its just an ad o its never that serious
Get over yourself my dear, most Nigerians travel for the summer holidays, whether you like it or not we observe the summer break….
Lol!!! I had to laugh. Most Nigerians??? Isnt that an over ambitious generalisation? Not up to 15% of Nigerians travel abroad. Please check the facts before making pronouncements. You may be lucky to be one of the ambitious few but dont think everyone has the opportunity like you do.
*meant ‘lucky’ few instead of ambitious
I repeat “MOST” Nigerians travel for Summer….GO AND BRING YOUR POLICE!!!!!!!
@ Straight4ward you are just living in denial. 85% of the country live in extreme poverty and you come here saying most Nigerians travel for summer. Keep living in denial
Thanks for sharing!

lmao @ the debate about summer or the lack off.
As for me i refuse to wake up in the morning to go to the gym.
Many pple need this motivation sha. Nothing nothing is gonna make me wake up @ 5.30am unless they are giving away free food and money. I stick to my evening workouts and wake up @ 6.30 am on sat mornings to do my saturday 10km.
omg, i just started this class today! apart from the fact it was fun and there were fit men shouting ontop of my head, it was intense!! i must loose weight by force
LWKMD at skimpy’s ‘i must loose weight by force’ all the best
Workouts are great but at some point, you need to motivate yourself.

Some people’s job is to simple complain whilst others find pleasure in looking for fault. We call these type of people “fault finders.” Summer or not that is not the subject matter. The subject matter is getting fit or just challenging yourself to step out your comfort zone. Explore and try out something fun! Nigerians…. will WE change?! Always got something to criticise.
Anyways I’ll be home in October so can I start then? *My summer will be over by then* lol
I am guessing this workout program isnt targetting the working class. Mon – fri 7:45 – 8:30am? Dont most offices start by 8am?
@ Sade, you can join the Lekki 1st Session that starts at 5.30AM and finishes 6.15AM
straight fwd and are u guys are cracking me up..take it easy
Tony, if you are reading this, we need one on the mainland that can accomodate Island workers who get home late. (Summer or Winter..wink, wink)
