  • 2pence December 20, 2012 at 2:22 pm

i’m sorry but the only decent lookingcake here was the cream cake with fresh fruits. all the other once were poorly executed, bad finishing and really, they need to take it easy on the spray paint!
    not impressed at all.
shocked this pics even got to feature here!

    • Numommy December 20, 2012 at 7:46 pm

I just spoke my mind…ditto to everything 2pence said. The only cake I can see myself eating is the fresh fruit one, too much spray paint on the others.

  • Gimmer December 20, 2012 at 3:20 pm

Nah….finishing is horrible . Half of these cakes are crooked and poorly decorated. Looks like these were done by people who still have months of training left

I’m not impressed. The presentation of the cakes is off. As constructive criticism, I think that the owner should work on her presentation. I wouldn’t see any of these cakes anywhere and be moved to call to place an order.

  • Creamy_Amie December 20, 2012 at 4:54 pm

    Good looking people.

  • MRS ADEYEMI December 21, 2012 at 8:22 am

I make wonder cakes too in las vegas, i must say for a nigerian she tried.. let’s encourage her..Cos i know is not easy

  • feisty chic December 21, 2012 at 8:38 am

its not a matter of bad belle people. the finishing on the fondant cakes were badly done, the piping is terrible and none of the designs are inspiring. I would advise them to watch cake boss, food network challenge and sweet genius on food network so they can learn better. The cupcakes under the princess pillow cake were unappealing.

  • grandma December 21, 2012 at 2:09 pm

I think she should be given an A for effort. She’s using whatever talent or skill she has to make some children happy! I commend her for the idea.

  • Madam the Madam December 21, 2012 at 5:37 pm

Everything to you people is “bad belle”. We gotta learn how to take constructive criticism and not confuse it with “hating”. Please drop that basic attitude of calling everything “bad belle” abeg.

Please criticize with love and be more sincere i don`t know about cakes but i will say they are nice and the most important it was for a cause which made it so beautiful. for me i do not see just cakes but a see a CHARITABLE INDIVIDUAL who is doing all that she can do to see that FOOD IS PUT ON THE TABLE OF AN ORPHAN, AN ORPHAN WHERE`S CLOTHS, GOEOS TO SCHOOL AND HAVE SOME BASIC NEEDS OF LIFE MET.
I must say that good work from a good heart should be commended and encouraged.
if we face it profession wise or done in a competition then i think your opinion will count.

  • Bidi bang December 24, 2012 at 4:24 am

Madam the madam you are right…..the owner tried but the cakes look disfigured and the looked fake….the one with fruit was amazing

  • solomon March 30, 2013 at 6:41 pm

    The cup cakes are awesome

  • ellabrationcharityfoundation May 31, 2013 at 11:45 pm

Please i would advise that we criticize with love and be more sincere i don`t know about cakes but i must say without sentiments the cakes are nice and the most important thing, it was for a cause which made it so beautiful. For me i do not see just cakes but i see a CHARITABLE INDIVIDUAL who is doing all that she can do to see that FOOD IS PUT ON THE TABLE OF AN ORPHAN, AN ORPHAN WEAR`S CLOTHS, GOES TO SCHOOL AND HAVE SOME BASIC NEEDS OF LIFE MET IF NOT ALL.
I must say ,that was a good work from a good heart, and it should be commended and ,encouraged. Not criticized.
most importantly everyone should find a cause to promote for charity an you will be richly blessed.
if we face it profession wise or done in a competition then i think your opinion will count.

I don’t know about the looks of the cakes but i have tried their cake once and it was so delish! For me a cake is all about the cake, if it looks like a cake but doesn’t taste like a cake, its a big NO NO for me. I would definitely buy cakes from them very soon. I don’t know the owner 0!
