Ghana Fashion & Design Week 2013: 1981
Sometimes simple and detailed is just the way to go.
Still on the Ghana Fashion & Design Week for Spring/Summer 2014 and we are taking a walk on the architectural side with Ghanaian design label 1981.
The label which has its debut collection “Layers” on the BN Style page in July, has showcased it at this years GFDW2013. The designer Nana Kweku Brenu, brought the structured, rigid and defined pieces to life on the catwalk showing us the designs intricate movements. Inspired by the Design Museum in halon, he used fabrics with technical properties to bring forth his Layers Collection.
