MTN hosts Lagos Polo Club to Cocktails at President’s Cup

Sound Sultan, MC Abbey and a host of others were the stars of the show as MTN Nigeria hosted polo enthusiasts to an exclusive cocktail at the Polo Club, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The event followed the commencement of the ongoing Lagos Polo Club President’s Cup tournament sponsored by MTN. The competition, which kicked off on Friday the 18th March 2016 saw some of the country’s leading Polo players participating in the tournament.

The cocktail was a perfect opportunity for the players as well as other polo enthusiasts to unwind and network as Sound Sultan thrilled them with some of his evergreen songs while MC Abbey sent them reeling with rib cracking jokes.

Speaking on the competition, Dola Bamgboye, MTN Events and Sponsorship Manager, stated that MTN’s sponsorship of the game of polo is hinged on the brand’s unwavering commitment to connect with her customers by keying into their passion points.
