Get Your Boots on for the London Nigerian Rugby Football Club 20th Anniversary Ball – 1st October 2011



The London Nigerian Rugby Football Club, a competitive rugby club that plays in London Leagues is celebrating its 20th Anniversary come Saturday 1st October 2011 and to commemorate  this event there is going to be A 20th Anniversary Celebration ball taking place in the luxurious Hilton Tower Bridge in the city of London.
Line up for the D- Day
Event 1: London Nigerian Old Boys Match
The oldies have got a bit more grey at the top and a bit more flesh around the middle but the Founding Fathers of LNRFC still got game or so they tell us. Here’s your chance to see how the Old Skool bring it!
Time: 12 Noon
Event 2- The London Nigerian 1st XV vs Bank of England RFC
The match is coached by former rugby league international, Brimah Kebbie and LNRFC Legend, David Essien, the new breed of LNRFC Players are seeking to create their own piece of history, coming on the back of a hard fought victory at London New Zealand last week, can they make it two in a row? You just have to come and find out
Time: 3 PM
These events are open to all!, there would be food and drinks to buy at the clubhouse throughout the day, both games are being played at the Home of London Nigerian Rugby: The Linford Christie Stadium, Artillery Lane, off Du Cane Road, W12 0DF on Saturday October 1st 2011
Event 3- The 20th Anniversary & Independence Day Ball, Hilton Tower Bridge
The 20th Anniversary Ball is going to start by 6 PM, here’s a rundown of what’s going to happen on the D- Day
By 6 PM – Arik Air Champagne Reception
By 7:15 PM – Dinner, Speeches & Awards
By 8:45 PM – Dessert, Auction & Raffle Draw
By 9:30 PM – Dance, Dance, Dance
By 12 AM – After Party
By 3 AM – Carriages
Venue: Hilton Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, United Kingdom
There would be a special auction & raffle prizes to those who come for the  2oth Anniversary ball which includes a Business Class return flight from London to Lagos to London on Arik Air, signed shirt from a Barclays Premiership Legend, dinner for 2 at Shaka Zulu & a date with a London Naija Player.
