New Music: I.Z – Carry Am Go | Frontin

When I.Z took over a classroom lecture and turned it into a musical session, that was just one of the signs that music was his talent and his passion. I.Z is an unsigned Nigerian/American songwriter who seems like another hybrid project in the lines of Nigeria’s most popular rapper, M.I.

In 2010, I.Z dropped his debut mixtape entitled “DontactlikeIwontcomeoutsinging” which was hosted by DJ Obi. Set to drop his sophomore mixtape effort “Coming To Nigeria” soon which features production from Samklef and E.M.X , I.Z has taken a whole new approach by mixing his American flows with The Nigerian Feel.

“Carry Am Go” is somewhat reminiscent of “Kele Kele Love” and is his more uptempo attempt at the Nigerian sound with productio by E. Kelly. While “Frontin” is more laid back plagued by auto-tune. Enjoy!
