Africa is known as the dark continent and it gets really depressing when it seems like we can’t seem to get out of the rot. However, we’re very optimistic that there’s a class of young people who will keep striving for change. We believe in the empowerment of young people because we know that the future belongs to us. The reward of the future is determined by the hard work we put into it now.
Watching Joseph Akwasi‘s documentary “Black & Gold” gives us hope.

This quote really stirred me: “We wanted to show people that young people could do great things… great things that are not expected in Ghana, that are not expected in Africa.
