Michelle Williams reveals “Say Yes” Song with Beyoncé & Kelly is from Nigeria

We bet you’ve heard this song many times before – “When Jesus says Yes, Nobody can say no”.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she reveals the song produced by Harmony Samuels is an ode to his Nigerian roots.
“It is a song that came from Africa more than a hundred years ago. I don’t think anyone knows who wrote it or who started singing that chorus. When the song leaked last week, so many people from Africa and Nigeria were trying to let me know where it came from.” she said.

The video which was shot in late May, will be released soon.
