While on the set of his new movie (playing another lover boy), Sahara TV met with Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah to speak on his role, the politics of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, his education and his father.

On his education, he tells Sahara TV that he took a diploma in the University of Lagos and does not have a degree.

Ramsey’s father is from Israel while his mother is from Ondo state in Nigeria.

“That one, he left since” he says while chatting about his father. Ramsey says he only recollects childhood memories of him and that if he met him in public, he probably won’t recognise him.

This seems to be a recurring theme in this man’s life. It must be quite painful to have a parent that gives no toss.

Men and Women never walk out on your family, These things go a long way to have psychological effects on kids. yeah they grow up and try to feign strong and way gone past it, but when you look deep you will see that they are still hurting. as much as Ramsey would say say he never wants to. i still sensed that feeling of hurt when he spoke about his dad. i just thank God he paned out a successful man.

true. however, some of these women/mothers have affairs with their expatriate ogas, and the men move from country to country and forget about their children. A lot of mixed race kids deal with the same issues as ramsey nosh, unfortunately.

I love the way he jokes about his perpetual “loverboy” role and doesn’t take offense to admitting that he doesn’t have a university degree. shows he’s not insecure like many people tend to be.

I am with you. I watched the full interview and I think he is honest about his feelings. If he is not a realist as he said he is, then he is playing a real damm good part.. The more I read about him, the more I listen to his extract, I get to believe he is a real person to the heart. I love you Ramsey. Your are really Nollywood’s best No one can deny that. I honest thought you had a degree in Mass Communication or Linguistics/Education. Your grammar is so fluent, so flowing. Well, that goes to show you put your all in everything you do. You can walk side-by-side and rub shoulders with the some of the greatest. You are that damm good! If you did not speak of yourself, no one would have known you do not possess a degree. All green-lights to you from now on. All the best to you and your family. KEEP YSOING YOUR BEST. GREETINGS! FROM Barbados. bye!
