A few days ago, Justin Bieber took a bold image step and dyed his hair platinum blonde. Although we aren’t exactly sure why, there has been a report that he was dared by a friend to try out the new look.

A source told Hollywood Life that Justin is happy with his new look. “He was with a few buddies, just guys, and seemed like he was in really good mood. Justin flipped when he saw his blonde hair and thought it looked really cool and dope. He said a close friend dared him to do it.”

Of course his new hair colour didn’t go without notice on his social media pages. His followers on Twitter are having a field day with his new look with some people loving it and others comparing him to Slim Shady.

We don’t exactly love the look, but don’t hate it either. But what would you do if a friend dared you to dye your hair platinum blonde or any colour? Chicken out or do what Justin did?
