For proper lunge technique, always make sure that you have a long stance between your feet – so long, that your heel cannot touch the floor. To lunge, drop your back knee so that you have a 90 degree bend in both knees, and your front thigh should be parallel to the floor. Brace your abs, lift your chest, and relax your shoulders for proper posture.“
