Airport Workers Shut Down FAAN Over Beating of Colleague by Air Force Officers
In the aftermath if the incident, FAAN workers on Monday barricaded the the headquarters of the agency in Lagos.

A witness, who asked not to be named, told Premium Times that activities at the FAAN headquarters have been grounded by the protesting workers.
He said the protesters were headed towards the international wing of the airport, and they seem to have planned their protest to coincide with the visit of the Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, who is attending a function at the international wing of the airport this morning (Monday).
It is unclear whether the protests are still ongoing.
