Tell the truth shame the devil
      1. Fine girl
      2. Was very young when the Alaaafin married her. Otherwise how?
      3. Village girl from the interior interior
      4. Parents very very poor
      5. Becos parents poor and do not know any better, a thing of prestige that daughter married ALAAFIN
      6. Girl gets to the palace, see Alaaafin’s other daughters. Steps up
      7. Girl Asks to go to school ‘cos that was one of the bargain/condition for marriage.
      8. Girl is now in University
      9. Did ya all see the tattoo?
      10. Girl waiting for Alaaafin to Kpeme
      11. ALAAFIN kpemes, girl moves on. Starts a new life. Alaaafin probably can no longer get it up. (She gets free board, education etc for what we all give le boo for free)
      12. Girl gets education, life changes, parents happy.

      Now that is some SMART.

I know right!!!! It is so disheartening. Yes, I know tribal marks are cultural or whatever but no matter how backward you are, why would you want to “mark” your child AND ON THE FACE??!!!!! And those things are painful, isn’t it blade or some sharp object they use. sigh

    • KK

      June 25, 2015 at 3:45 pm

”backward” why did you use that word.. The tribal marks are considered a thing of superior aesthics, amongst alot of ethnic groups not only in Nigeria but across Africa has a collective! To call it “razz” and ‘backward” and to use words like “‘disheartning” shows the damage european( pre-colonial/post-colonial) conditioning has done to us as a people. You can’t even appreciate your own, we have become a judgemental intolerable society, striving only for european standards If Oyinbo people start a tribal mark phase/trend i’m sure we’ll hop on it -_______________-. youtube.com/watch?v=0oAZWhv5SJs….. @ KK, PLEASE IF YOU DONT HAVE TRIBAL MARKS, QUICKLY GO AND GET ONE ITS NEVER TOO LATE. IF U HAVE PLS SLASH SOME MORE OF UR FACE

SECONDLY, IF U DONT GIVE ALL UR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN TRIBAL MARKS AND INSIST ALL UR DESCENDANTS ARE SCARRED ON THE FACE IN THE NAME OF SOMNE DUMB USELESS TRADITION THEN U ARE A BLOODY HYPOCRITE.

EVEN TATTOOS ARE HATED BY EDUCATED PEOPLE IN ADVANCED SOCIETIES. TATTOOS ARE MOST COMMON AMONG THE LOWER CLASS OR ENTERTAINMENT WHO ARE NOT VERY EDUCATED. SAME HERE ITS A TRADITION WITH NO BENEFITS

Beautiful queen. The ifeoma babe is talented. She accentuated the queens beauty. Totally concealed the tribal marks. I love the red lippie. I wonder which brand it is. Am crazy about red lipstick. Kudos to iposh.

I am loving her natural hair – please can some one enlighten me on what she hairstyle that is. Thank you. The make up elevates her natural beauty. Without it , is she just plain Jane, what will this world be without make up. Kai
