MTN launches New & Exciting Product – ‘Carfi Sticks’ at 17th Abuja Motor Fair

Africa’s leading ICT Company, MTN Nigeria was a major sponsor at the just concluded 2015 Abuja Motor Fair. According to MTN, this sponsorship emanated from a need to support the rapid development of the automotive and road transport sectors of the Nigerian economy.

The fair which exhibited many new and exciting innovations in the automobile industry also saw the launch of MTN’s latest product and innovation called MTN CarFi Sticks, a wireless gadget, designed to provide internet access for motor vehicles. MTN CarFi Sticks is set to revolutionize the automobile industry as it’s the first of its kind here in Nigeria.

At the launch of the new product, Adekunle Adebiyi, GM Regional Operations North at MTN Nigeria, educated consumers on the lifestyle benefits inherent in it and described CarFi Sticks as a unique device developed in line with MTN’s vision of leading a bold, new digital world.

MTN has also partnered with Huawei to provide units of the device for immediate sale and exhibition at the fair. Following the launch, devices would be sold via all MTN outlets with complimentary data bundles to leverage on MTN’s LTE/3G capacity.
