Owanbe Mart Celebrates 5th Anniversary with launch of New Store in Lekki

Owanbe Mart celebrated its 5th year anniversary on the 1st of October 2015 at its premises at The Yellow Canopy, Waterfront, Wole Olateju Street, off Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos; marking an important milestone in any business with fanfare, fun, festivities and food.

The event was well attended by friends, customers and well wishers and the occasion marked the opening of a new location for the business which has undergone substantial expansion to accommodate the growing needs of customers.

Following an opening prayer by Alhaji B.K. Fashola, the new location was officially opened by Bola Adesola and a tour of the facilities was provided to all the guests showing the grocery products available for purchase, the kitchen where home-cooked meals are prepared and the restaurant with a waterfront view located over the waters.  Guests were treated to a variety of tasty meals. There was music and dancing and the master of ceremonies for the day kept the guests laughing and happy.

Owanbe Mart employees were not left out of the festivities.  A special aso-ebi for the occasion was arranged for employees with a makeup artist provided for a special pre-party pampering.  Employees who had been with the business since creation were given Long Service Awards recognising their loyalty and service to the business.  It was an eventful and enjoyable day for all involved.
