In the debut episode today, Yetunde is showing us how to make popular Nigerian favourites, Moi Moi and Akara; two of her favourite dishes to eat on a Saturday morning in Nigeria. To make these, she uses Black Eyed Peas instead of regular brown beans, then she chops it in a blender and washes it to remove the skin and save time.
