RED TV’s Afropolitan Chef debuts with a Moi Moi & Akara Recipe! Watch the First Episode on BN TV



The long awaited first episode of Afropolitan Chef with Yetunde Shorters, finally premieres on RED TV. Learn how to cook the very best of contemporary African dishes with a stylish twist as Chef Yetunde Shorters delights you with mouthwatering delicacies.

In the debut episode today, Yetunde is showing us how to make popular Nigerian favourites, Moi Moi and Akara; two of her favourite dishes to eat on a Saturday morning in Nigeria. To make these, she uses Black Eyed Peas instead of regular brown beans, then she chops it in a blender and washes it to remove the skin and save time.

    Really? How boring. Who needs a new moi moi or akara recipe? How about make it in a different shape? Or make it deconstructed? Show us something new and innovative.
