Your US Visa Renewal Application will be Denied if…

US Visa

…With regards to childbirth in the US, we have received many calls from US visa applicants that their US visa renewal applications were denied and they want to know how we can help them. So, here is what you need to know so you don’t get into this situation.

There are two main scenarios; the first is; applicants who apply for a US visa for the purpose of giving birth in the US but lie during the interview. Their response to the questions – Are you pregnant? Do you intend to give birth in the US? Is NO.

The second scenario is; applicants who do not pay for all their medical treatment in the US, but resort to the US medical insurance (MEDICAID).

It is very important to note that, contrary to the thoughts of many, the US embassy in your home country knows when you give birth in the US. They are that good with synchronizing the data of all applicants. So, if you don’t want your renewal application rejected, the one thing you should never do while applying for the initial visa is LIE to them that you don’t intend to give birth in the US while you actually intend to. Too many people either due to sheer ignorance or anxiety respond as NO, hoping that it will increase their chances of getting the US visa. The truth is, it somehow does. BUT, having your baby in the US is not ILLEGAL, yes! It isn’t. They just don’t want you resorting to public/government funds.

So, if you tell them No and get the visa, fly to the US and give birth less than nine months after issue date; they will know! Believe it or not. During your renewal application process, expect a call from the embassy inviting you for an interview. After a couple of questions and revelations, what do you think will be the verdict? You guessed right, you’re denied.

Words from such applicants are ‘had I known’; ‘I wish I had met you (USA Childbirth Concierge) before applying’. If you have any experience like this or know someone who has, kindly share the summary in the comment tab below so others can learn.

Also, if you don’t pay your bills, because some smart friend or family member who lives in the US, tells you that you can use the US insurance popularly called the MEDICAID and get free/almost free medical care. You can choose to defraud the government and get them to pay for your healthcare but guess what? You can’t get away with it, except you don’t intend to go back to the US ever again or at least, after 10 years. Getting a US visa after such is almost impossible.

In summary, my friends and expectant moms, if you are pregnant at the time of your visa application and you intend having your baby in the US. First, contact an OB/GYN (we can help you get an affordable Obstetrician and Maternity Hospital), pay them, get a Letter of Acceptance and receipt of payment. Go for the Visa interview, if asked the ultimate question say ‘Yes, I do. I’ve contacted a Doctor and Hospital, made payments to the doctor, here’s my Letter of Acceptance’.

Lastly, if you believe in the Divine; Go with God’s favour!! Please share this, someone needs it right now.

One could begin to think about trusting this website for visa application, but then you release they have not even bothered to produce content – instead using dummy text Lorem ipsum.

So you would have to be pretty ‘not clued up’ to use their services. You must try harder if you would like to dupe Nigerian citizens, at least get your act together.

    Just saying 🙂

I know a number of people that came back and have been drinking garri since all in the name of “i must give birth in yankee” one even had the gall to borrow money from me sef. Nigeria is a hard country i know, but i dont believe the colour of your passport determines your success or otherwise, afterall i dont think dangote has US Visa. lets give ourselves brain abeg and avoid these oyibo people embarrassing us all the time. We have very good Nigerian based O& Gs

I wasn’t pregnant when I went for my visa renewal; visa granted. Decided to go have my 2nd child, at port of entry was delayed for a few minutes. Then the immigration guy says, but you coming to have your baby in the US was not the reason you applied for the the visa. I told him with all confidence, I wasn’t pregnant when I applied for the visa. He said ok and was allowed in.
Then again , getting the visa doesn’t guaranty your entry into the US, that’s what they tell you. Most pregnant women are always delayed at port of entry. Just make sure you have a doctor already and prove to them your bills will be paid by you.
Some immigration officers are just mean. A ftiend’s sister had to log into her bank account to show them she had funds, Because they asked her what if the 10k dollars cash she had on her wasn’t going to be enough.
I know about 2 pregnant women that were sent back. One of them actually lied that she wasn’t pregnant as at the time she applied for the visa, at port of entry she was sent back.

Abeg which kind of system is linked up. stop it……

When you land the airport and an immigration officer sees you are pregnant, they ask if you disclosed during your interview process. If you lied during the interview process, you can be sent back. Keep in mind this is random self, its not like everyone asks.

Concerning payment, embassy asks you to provide receipt that says “paid in full” if they are aware you were in the US for delivery.

Now if you are doing drop box, this obviously wont apply unless you are called somehow called in for an interview.

facts still remain that you shouldn’t lie and shouldn’t steal (failing to pay for quality health care recived is a form of theft). its a bad way to bring a child into the world

Am not going to say to anyone not to give birth in an country of their choice but do all your findings.Read up on US global tax to all their citizens home and abroad before paying tens of thousands you can invest into their future if you have it…

As for me citizenship does not guarantee success…
