#RunLagos: 2017 Access Bank Lagos City Marathon was AMAZING! Find Out the Winners & Inspiring Moments

Congratulations are in order for Abraham Kiptum, the Kenyan athlete who came in first place at the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 2017 with a record time of 2 hours 15 minutes 20 seconds.

If his name sounds familiar, it’s because he also won last year’s edition. For the second time in a row, he has received a sum of US$50,000.

Rodah Tanuyi from Kenya emerged as the first place winner in the female category. She finished the race with an impressive time of 2 hours 37 minutes 50 seconds.

Oabi Tedassie Yae (5th position)
Time: 2 hours 16 minutes 55 seconds

FEMALE CATEGORY
Fridah Lodepa (2nd position)
Time: 2 hours 38 minutes 21 seconds

Alice Timbilili (3rd position)
Time: 2 hours 39 minutes 2 seconds

Emily Chekemoi Samoei
Time: 2 hours 11 minutes 20 seconds
