“Nigerians deserve to know the health status of their president” – PDP

The National Caretaker Committee of the Ahmed Makarfi-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday welcomed President Muhammadu Buhari from his medical vacation in London.

In a statement by its Publicity Secretary, Dayo Adeyeye, the party prayed for complete recovery of the president.

It, however, advised the presidency to be more transparent in managing the president’s health, saying “Nigerians deserve to know the health status of their president and how it’s being managed.”

“In the same vein, we thank the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, for holding forth creditably while the president was away. We urge him to continue to work assiduously to lift the nation out of this debilitating economic recession. To achieve this all hands must be on deck. And, there is therefore the need to reduce political tension and bring all Nigerians together.’’

It also called on all Nigerians to continue to pray for Buhari’s quick recovery and for wisdom for Osinbajo, in the onerous task of steering the ship of the nation.

Buhari left Nigeria for London for medical vacation on January 19 and returned on Friday.

What exactly is wrong with the president?
Why is he still claiming he went to UK to rest, meanwhile he needs to return in few weeks to see his doctors?
Why did his media team claim he is as fit as a fiddle and at the same time calling for prayers for the president?
On whose account is Buhari in London?
Nigerians need to know the truth.

@ Justreplying……The status quo , is not a good place to be. CHANGE exists for a reason. Change for the best, that is!
Without a good change, how can there be GROWTH?
That Yaradua did it, doesn’t mean that it is permanent. We need “a good change” to go forward. APC knows that and that is what they promised Nigerians!
