Chin Chin is a popular West African snack eaten in countries like Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana. It tastes like cake but it is crunchy. This is really the BEST chin chin recipe ever. Sufficiently crunchy but not hard. Sweet and rich in flavour. Here’s my Cameroonian recipe for chin chin, hope you enjoy!
