I hope London #ResumeOrResign protesters will come back to Nigeria – Buhari

I hope London #ResumeOrResign protesters will come back to Nigeria - BuhariPresident Muhammadu Buhari has called on protesters in London who asked him to #ResumeOrResign to “also come back (to Nigeria) and join us.”

Some Nigerians had staged a protest at Abuja House, London between 5pm on Friday, August 18 and 9am on Saturday, August 19, 2017.

The president returned to the country August 19 at 4.36pm.

According to PUNCH, Buhari made the declaration at his meeting with state governors at the State House on Friday.

“I am very happy with the national prayers that cut across religions and ethnicity; people were praying.

In fact, some groups in London came and sang the national anthem and asked that I should go back home. Indeed, I have come back home. I hope those who went there are not stuck there. (I hope) they will come back and join us.

Those that are stuck there with the Brexit, I hope they have weighed the implications that it won’t affect them, including those that have property there.

Those who are not paying tax here; I hope when they sell their property there, they will bring some of the money here. We need it very badly here,” Buhari said.

What are you saying? Do they reside in Nigerian? Are they the president. Hahahahhahaha the one day protest really brought you back. The People you are shading are London residents and you haven’t provided for the 180million back home you are asking those overseas to return? This man is angry with Nigeriansoooo. Unforgiving Buhari!

The London guys annoyed him the most. They cut short his enjoyment. Imagine how it feels to be a president of Nigeria with no responsibilities, residing in London in luxury, doing nothing except receive visitors as King Fahd, away from the turbulence in Nigeria yet still glow in the status of ‘Mr. President’ with all benefits attached. That’s what they snatched from him. Those guys were willing to further expose the national embarrassment, nah him oga kuku run come back.
He had no way of stopping them. He couldn’t use DSS, couldn’t spray tear gas, no hired counter protesters. He had no answer to the question they posed. And for a dictator who always had his way, that should really get on his nerves.

Buhari is an arrogant, wicked man, still the same military dictator. The tone of the article shows his anger at the London protesters, even more he couldn’t threaten them and shut their voices like how he does in Nigeria.
This is to encourage Nigerians abroad to do more. Cameron said, Nigerians are fantastically corrupt. He spoke nothing but the truth. He’s asking those in London to come back to Nigeria, to do what?
The luxurious nigerian life represents just 1% of the population. An average Nigerian has a better life opportunity in UK or U.S as a cleaner because at least it’s stable, and there’s access to basic necessities. There are opportunities to also climb to the top through hard work not bribes.

Come back to f’ing do what when you have decided to build train tracks to Daura instead of connecting real commercial centers in Nigeria to aid commerce and development. I am so irritated. I should go take some rest.

And stop being a little child with undeveloped testicles complaining about unarmed protesters because you could not round them up and lock them away forever thanks to the democracy that prevails in Britain. Why do the wicked live?? Just stop talking so that we dont wish you death. go and hide or something. We have been happy the past few months without your inflammatory and obnoxious disregard for our suffering. You were able to fly out on our dime to get treatment. Have you asked how many people died of the same disease or black magic as you because they could not pay for a damn bus ride to see a doctor? That is what you should do as a sign of thankfulness. Or did the chemo fry your brain cells. This dude is ANNOYING.

We were passionately angry about new money faces that were now appearing in our field of vision. People we did not believe were entitled to share power with the few of us who have held power hostage the past 50 years. Its the Trumpian effect.

Uncle park well. We didn’t elect them to be president of Nigeria. Make Nigeria conducive and they will return. They are not there on our tax money…… Heard you only came back to renew visa so I guess when you get back there you can ask them to come back yourself. #OurMumuDonDo. Try thinking before you talk, it does wonders.

I strongly believe it is a CURSE for our sins. A real CURSE from God himself. He has given us a Nebuchadenezzer as payment for our wickedness. My worry now is if this is a 2 year curse or one of those 70-400 year biblical deals.

The basic problem with this country is that the smart, brilliant, intelligent, vibrant youth are not joining politics because it’s a dirty game in Nigeria. Crimes like assassination and murder go unsolved. So life of a politician is a high risk except you are like them.
We all know what we want. We know we want a president like that of Canada…We want an Obama…we’ll get there God willing!
