    Bellanaija you are so disgusting. Tell me how many of your followers care for this. You have no filter whatsoever. At least warn us before we open this post. I have zero respect for this failing blog

      Dang I don’t belelive in gay marriage but dang they are still people too! What’s with all the dramatics just keep scrolling.
      This new year we need to learn to be kind to what we don’t like. Didn’t say accept but just be kind. God loves all of us equally!

      Linda. Does Laverne Cox make you feel less of a woman? If yes, she (he) is not the problem. YOU have insecurity issues. On a serious note, it’s really not that serious.

      I am one follower who cares dear, so tell us why you mad. The post clearly has transgender in the title, so why did you open it? You’re disgusting for hating people like you. No one made you judge so take a seat please and keep your BS to yourself. No one forced you to come to BN ok?

      @ E, are you insinuating that being a transgender i.e “changing who you are” as you put it, makes you unlovable to God? Then does that have surgery to enhance their looks should be denied God’s love, they are all changing who God made them right? Which religious nonsense are we reading/listening to? As far as i know : NOTHING can seperate us from the love of God.

      @ Linda, that is calling BN disgusting and asking for warning…what more warning did you need more than the title? If you don’t read that’s not on BN but on you!!! You know what you find disgusting but you ignore the title and then think crying wolf is the way to justify your religious bigotry. In case you missed it BN is not a religious blog so they are not here to cater to any religious affiliations if you cannot accept that then you might want to stay away from not only BN but the news and internet as a whole. I don’t get why people feel it is their place to dictate the content of a page. It is called waka pass.

      By the way, I can’t say i understand being a transgender but the way some of us act like we are somehow better than these people is beyond disgusting and we wonder why people want nothing to do with God.

      @Ajala
      Continuous sin without repentance, forgiveness will separate us from the love of God.
      God is love and Judge at the same time.
      Isaiah 59:2 says But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God. And that your sin has hidden HIS face from you. so that He does not hear. There comes a time, HE will give us over to a reprobate mind.
      So, your statement about nothing can separate us from the love of God is flawed.

      Sin is Sin, and we are all sinners in need of God’s grace(don’t come with the other distraction of not everyone believes in God. We are speaking in Jesus context now.
      “This is why people have nothing to do with God”. Another flawed statement.
      Your salvation, acknowledgment of who God is, is a personal, individual choice.
      Your pastors, friends and other sinners are not giving account for you but only you. So, your problem with others is not a justifiable excuse.

      If That’s all you got to say then I guess you just buttress my point. Got an opposing view? State it and let’s see how rational it sounds I e not filled with MADE UP religious and self righteous nonsense. Let’s hear arguments that are based on biblical/Koranic or any religious book that makes what I have written a lie, then maybe any logical individual can begin to consider what you wrote has truth.

    No matter how much makeup, surgeries, he still a man. His jawline just as strong as Lebron James. Y’all can’t change nature.
    His hand placement to appear feminine and legs is hilarious.

      @seriuosly.
      she is more woman than u.
      u are a typical insecure naija woman. u are threatened by her. men will choose people like lavern cox over many of u naija women and thats whats paining majority of u.

      January 23, 2018 at 7:25 pm

      hahahahaha, Bruno, You are a deranged individual. Lavern Cox is a man and will always be. Take several seats. Most men will choose him over REAL women? WTF, what world do you live in. Y’all are about 3% of the population, like to act and speak for the majority. GTFOH. last time, I checked most men are attracted to REAL women. Married men who sleep with gay men are gay too and down low men are excluded but REAL men are still majority and will always be more attracted to REAL women.
      . Homosexuals like to act like everyone wants them, get angry when you don’t agree with their lifestyle. Nothing new. I heard, gay men like to turn out straight men especially in prison. They become delusional, everybody wants them.

    “Children of God” always showing themselves. Sometimes one wonders whether you guys understand what it means to be Christian. Maybe you guys should create another religion to justify your hate, bigotry etc.

    why does it have to be a “black” person… people of “African” descent should be careful and alert at the “psychological and mental” conditioning and manipulations directed at them..

    some evil whyte people are using other people that are of “African” descent to directly and indirectly influence the culture, mentality e.t.c of all “black” people worldwide…

    i’m just looking at him/her and wondering in amazement. not that i’ve not read about or seen a transgender before, i mean i remember Dapo Adaralegbe in O.A.U Ife who is now a she. its just that i always wonder why a man or woman cant just accept who they are and be grateful to God for creating them to be who they are.
    sometime it can be difficult accepting and loving yourself because you think you aren’t perfect, perhaps not as fleshy or curvy or intelligent and confident as others, but if one can stop to think and realise there’s something special about everyone including yourself, you are more likely to accept your imperfection and love who you are.
    Also, the society must learn to treat people right despite their imperfection cos you never know the damage you do to others every time you disrespect them for not being that ‘perfect person’.

    May God instill His love in us the more we get to know Him, cos Love conquers all

      Really Bruno?!Women are threatened by a man who spent a lot of money to look like them and is always seeking validation about how “he” is a woman?Hmm… Well he was born a man and will die a man even if BN and others call him an “actress”. Nothing threatening there.

    This is why they need to stop teaching CREATIONISM & religious doctrines as truths. If you were taught evolution alone we’d live in a more tolerant society because we ‘d be more understanding of the the different variants of our kind instead of saying God did x so it must be so, so don’t do y.

    Even animals /plants are known to change sex. There is also the Domincan village where girls change sex at puberty to become boys, how do theists explain that?

    • seriously

      January 23, 2018 at 7:27 pm

      @Becca
      Why don’t you start from your home? Tell everyone around you, your children they came from monkeys and bang bang theory. Charity begins at home lol

    • Becca

      January 24, 2018 at 1:27 pm

      @seriously. Evolution is already acknowledged in my family as the origin of human life. Big Bang for the creation of the Universe. This is also accepted by both the Church of England and Catholic Church, albeit ‘theistic’ evolution. My church know better than to take creationism literally.

      The oyinbo people that gave you Christianity have since revised their thinking in light of scientific discovery. Africa is still lagging behind on rationality and morality, sticking to the explanations sourced from a bunch of goat herders from the pre-scientific era

      Wat the actual F does evolution got to do with your sexual desires hummm????. Looool??????. Lets not get it twisted here. Evolution is biological it happens without asking permiission. Its not a choice!!. The salinas where little girls “supposedly” morph into boys at puberty is down to an enzyme deficiency. Honestly just say you are swayed by your Sexual appetite. Nobody is Born gay. Its a choice, basically watever gets you off. it aint that deep. Yall need to Stop lying to yourselves. If you need to go deep then look into your subconscious and reflect on what has made yall chose to stick a square peg into a round hole/ desire to mutilate your genitalia. Evolution my foot. More like Self hate / overindulgence . s’all good dat kinda s**t will lead to a culling.

      Becca, My parent had s#x, things happened and I was here, this makes more sense. If I started from a monkey, I should have been a chimp then.
      Catholic church and church of England are just organizations that control folks, they ain’t gotta confirm lies to know it’s BS. Creation is around you everywhere.
      Science is God, God is science, HE created it. The problem is, some folks try to pervert it and not give credit where it’s due. He has given us all access, we are meant to explore it.
      My belief in God is not based on what anyone gave me. It’s a spiritual conviction.

    There is reality and subjective reality. How we have diluted our selves to accept subjective reality is a sign of the lack of intelligence, rational and increased complacency. What you believe is how you will live and die. Be ware of what you believe.

    I have no problem with this article and I actually love Laverne Cox. Let’s not swallow Boska for other people’s headache. BN features Bobrisky very regularly, thousands of people follow him on social media and Nigerians were actually paying to take pictures with him in the UK. But suddenly it is Laverne Cox who most of us will never meet that wants to give you heart failure? Dramatic much? Whether you insist she’s a man will not change how she sees herself. And yes I refer to her as “she” because that is what she prefers and I don’t care enough to try to prove her wrong for the sake of my satisfaction. Take a chill pill people.

    I feel since the Adam and Eve drama, we all got the licence to choose our sins and pay the price. Personally i say live and let live. Truthfully i would NEVER choose this for my loved ones. I totally feel it is a Mental Health problem that deserves the same attention and research as body dysmorphic disorder . But some how ive come to realise that in this world when sexuality is involved perversity is allowed to fester. No cure is sort for the sexually perversed.
