Dele Momodu Apologises & Withdraws Story on Freezing of Adeleke Family’s Accounts

Dele Momodu has withdrawn his initial report that bank accounts belonging to star singer Davido and his family were frozen by the Economic & Financial Crimes Commission.

In a Twitter post, Momodu withdrew the story and tendered an apology. This comes after the EFCC debunked the reports in a statement on Sunday. 

Momodu shared “when news of the freezing of family accounts of the Adelekes was going viral, The Boss made a few calls to those who should be in the know and our source confirmed the story and even mentioned the accounts were in FCMB. We hereby withdraw it with sincere apologies…”
